We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Contractor to provide cleaning services for office buildings and commercial facilities, ensuring clean and sanitary environments.
 

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Dust desks, furniture, and surfaces

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors

• Clean glass, mirrors, and entry doors

• Wipe and sanitize high-touch areas

• Restock restroom supplies as needed

• Follow cleaning checklists for each location

• Report damage or maintenance issues
   

Requirements:

• Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Must have transportation to job locations

• Ability to follow specific cleaning instructions

• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
